As professional consultants we provide our clients with information and services that can positively change their lives in one way or another. They leave us inspired, enlightened and raring to go but in reality we know this euphoric state for some clients can diminish within moments of them returning to their daily routine. What next? These workshops are designed to show you how to effectively build sustaining client contact that will create more business, more referrals and best of all give you an opportunity to review your methodology and strategy and business confidence. Irene Nathan FFIC: The business of Consulting Evaluate and refine your consultation strategy for extra leverage and impact. Come prepared to share! Resources: Please bring examples of your client or group handouts and any relevant consulting materials. Stephen Glass FFIC: The business of Make-Up This class with Glass will take you through a practical step by step process on cosmetic application. This workshop will increase your knowledge, update your skills and review the consultation process (or, if you are a consultant who doesn’t “do” makeup, this will boost your artistic confidence). Come prepared to bare! Resources: Bring your personal cosmetics, applicators, brushes and facial cleansing products.
